- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Seattle one seems so disorganized I would rather go somewhere else I have keratoconus I went there for a consultation and I paid about $350 out of pocket Then they told me it would be $2700 per eye They didn't give me my letter for work I had to wait over an hour I got my one eye done and they charged me extra $45 I called and called for an answer after a week They wanted me to rush doing my other eye but I couldn't see with the one I did It wasn't healing that fast I called and booked two months later for other eye They told me I have to do a three month follow up and cost is included what I paid for the one I already did It I got a bill for the second eye about $5400 and they billed me for first eye follow up What? They say one thing and do another Customer service is horrible There are other doctors Check them out and go somewhere else If you don't want to constant get surprised bills It's not pocket change Spending hours on the phone They do whatever they want This is horrible No one tells meFebruary 18, 2017by Janet Bander
