- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Mann is the finest independent doctor or otherwise. He really listens to his patients and genuinely cares. He will primarily refer out but he is seemingly well connected and will follow through on your issus and not give up. In short he is the last of the truly caring Doctors. You may have to get on a list or pay cash but he is worth it. I will be sad when he retires , but I would certainly wish him well.July 07, 2017by Greg W
