- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I always had to wait forever to be seen. Even when I was in with the doctor people would come to the door and interrupt with other patient issues. Every time I called I ended up leaving a message that wasn't returned. Test results were delivered by a nurse who was unable to answer any of my questions. Again, messages left for the doctor regarding further questions about my test results weren't answered. This office is obviously trying to see too many people. They have lost all connection with their patients. I was a cow being herded through the stocks.November 09, 2017by Renee Young
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been coming here since my first son was born and he's almost 8 yrs old now. Dr. Janeway is the best doctor I have ever experienced. He's great with my kids and he has always solved any of our concerns/illness our whole family has had. I love our well baby checks because he never pushes us out or makes us feel like he's in a hurry. He spends as much time until we have no more questions. He also goes over a variety of things coming up with our baby like food/eating, sleep, play, milestones...etc I've experienced other doctors when my last was born just because we drive 30 min. to that practice, but quickly learned why we stay there. The other doctors were horrible compared to him, so I guess you don't know you have the best til you've seen others. Anyways, our family will continue to be there with Dr. Janeway and its worth the drive for the quality of care we get. The nurses and front desk that are there are just as caring and wonderful too and I always see the same faces so there must not be a big turn around if I've seen the same faces for 8 years.
