  I have been going to this clinic for over 30 yrs. Since it was Smokey Pt Family Med on Smokey Pt Blvd. I may go to the doctor maybe 2 times a year. Then, only if I absolutely have too. Today, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Rai. He has no people skills or any type of bedside manner. Maybe he slept through that class or skipped it all together in medical school. Then again, maybe they just don't teach that skill anymore. He asked questions and made no physical contact with me what so ever. I must have looked diseased today. Like I had a raging case of Pox or Black Plague. Most physicians will at least check you out. Look down your throat, poke & prod especially where the pain is supposed to be. You know, the things they do most of the time you think are meaningless. Not Dr. Rai! Without any type of physical contact or exam, he just ordered an Ultrasound. I bet he is a real $$$$ maker for this clinic! DOES ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT EVER READ THESE REVIEWS? DO YOU EVEN CARE?

  The worst customer service in the world. I set up a doctors appointment a week in advance and come to find out once I arrive to my appointment they tell me there is an issue and I cannot be seen! Horrible! This place is the definition of how horrible health care in America has gotten. It makes you think twice about all that tuition money they are charging students and where it's going! In the the pockets of the wrong people. SAVE YOURSELF SOME HASSLE AND GO SEE OVERLAKE MEDICAL CENTER
