  I have been taking my Pharaoh Hound to Dr. Rosie since her birth, have had nothing but pleasant and high quality of care for my little baby, very happy to have been referred to Dr. Rosie and his awesome staff.

  Their communication is the worst. You have to do everything over the phone because they don't use the internet much I guess. Getting someone to answer to make an appointment or get answers is like winning the lottery. You can put to leave a message, but I am still waiting for my first one to be returned. They're good vets, but making some cringe to call in makes me loath this place.

  Tired of years of lectures from the front desk. Only way to reach them is through voicemail. Callbacks take forever. In an emergency my dog suffered during the wait and then she said I would have to drop him off to be examined the next morning because they wanted to go home in 15 mins. I could have been there 2hrs earlier if she had called back. Doctor did examine without me present to converse or comfort. I would not stand for this level of care for any other family member so why would they expect this to be okay for my pet? Switched to Arlington Veterinary Hospital! Kind, caring, and considerate.
